Try netstat -ap
the -p will give the process to port mapping.
If you don't have a recent enough version of netstat to do that,
you can use something like lsof or fuser.
lsof: ftp://vic.cc.purdue.edu/pub/tools/unix/lsof/README
fuser comes with RedHat.
