We are using proxy server(+squid) between internal network and outside
world and i want to control bandwidth of each ip in internal
network , so i am using(just started) iproute+tc and kernel with Qos
support. Now i know how use "ip" but i don't know how to use "tc" and
"rmon" to set bandwidth if any one knows about please reply me
