Not that ncftpd is that expensive, and it has so many nifty features (and
less security holes) that it is worth the $50 or $200.  It has saved me
time worth much more than the price.

And with no security issues like wu.  I haven't tried Dan Bernsteins, but
of all the ones I have tried, NcFTPd has been the end-all-be-all and worth
the price.
