I am trying to get the througput command to work in /etc/ftpaccess. Basically I have a login user that uses the anonymous directory "/home/ftp" and is specified as a guestuser. The data files that I want to limit download speed on are in "/home/ftp/pub" and the statement that is in /etc/ftpaccess now it: throughput /home/ftp pub * 1024 - * This however does not limit download speed...
