Ethernet card problems

Hi all,

I' having problems loading the driver module for 3c905C ethernet cards for
my LRP. when I do "insmod 3c90x.o" i get an kernel version mismatch error.
The 3com documentation says that the 3c90x driver works with kernel
versions 1.2.13 and I'm using Materhorn LRP with RedHat6.1(kernel 2.2.13).
Has anyone else successfully installed 3c905C ethernet card on Materhorn
LRP ??? please help...
