AIA for the offtopic post, but:
I want to recompile my kernel (2.2.14). I nuke /lib/modules/2.2.14/
(after backing up), I make config, make modules and make
modules_install, and I get a shitload of '*** Unresolved symbols in
[module]' messages on bootup or with a depmod -a. WTF am I doing wrong?
None of the help dox I can find seems to help - they tell me to do what
I'm doing already.
