Head over to your named.conf (/etc/bind/named.conf on mine, but it just moved
from /etc/named.conf with the last couple versions) and hunt down

listen-on { 0.0.0.0; };

(or add it in the options section).  That listens on all IPs.  To only listen
on one address, set that to whatever address you have as the DNS server.
I have mine as

listen-on { 127.0.0.1; };

but localhost won't do your network much good.
