#in case of congestion, CBQ guarantees that every class will receive its

Thank you for the link. I was asking if it is possible to employ strict
priority Q'ing which would only specify a packet handling preference. The
CBQ I employed divided the total bandwith among clients. I don't want ot
divide it. I
just want certain traffic to receive priority.
