Hi Jean-Louis,
Unfortunately, MS-DOS and some non-NT versions of Windows will not boot
from anything other than [what they see as] the first bootable partition
on the primary master drive (C:\). Perhaps you can change your drive
configuration so that Linux is on /dev/hdb and Windows is on /dev/hda?
