I have often seen programs written in BASIC that I feel I would like to try
but I have no idea how to compile them for llinux or rewrite them in C++.
I'm trying to teach myself some C programming and I'm up to about the
hello.C stage 8-d
What sort of things must I consider when doing this sort of experimenting?
Can anyone recommend some good reading?
Has anye seen cross-compilers or any other software that could be useful in
this regard?
