There are many http/ftp servers around with search engines, you might like to
try;
http://www.tucows.com/
http://sourceforge.net/

You should be able to find a small program written by Thomas Sailer, i belive
it is called smdiag, it is a scope program which works via a soundcard, i have
no experiance with it and have never used it.
http://www.ife.ee.ethz.ch/~sailer/ham

I have seen another program called "oscope" the URL was;
http://xoscope.bstc.net but it is not reachable anymore.
