hi all,
i am new to linux and i was getting a simple problem when trying to run
my programs using GCC. what i did was i wrote a simple program in Emacs
and then at the console i did
"gcc -o hello hello.c"
and when i type "hello" at the console it says "command not found"
i also created the usual "a.out" file and tried it, but i get the same
message.
can anyone explain why i am getting this?? may b its silly to ask u
this. but hey, i am a newbie.:)
i am running RH 7.0 with GNOME and BASH.
