I meant as bouncing, when a system "refuses" to accept a mail, as in 
disk full no space left on device,
mail filters, reject mail from xx.xx.xx

On the otherhand a mailing list as this has "majordomo" as its sevewr, one 
can define things like.
rejected mail, then place the receiprent in a "bounce list", after X amount 
of tries and we cant sent the mail, "unsubscribe" the reciprient.

Yes it does but that is not what i meant about bounces on a mailing list.
