Hmmm ... I'm not including the forwarded message here (and I've edited the Subject: line) so my reply doesn't encounter the same blocking that list messages do.

I think there is no way to fix this other than your persuading IT that blocking that word is stupid. Lists are not all going to stop providing instrructions about how one can terminate one's subscription just because some sysadmin thinks messages with the magic word are problems.
