On the keyboard freeze, I was one that complained about it a month or two ago. Irregular freezes every few hours or few days forced dirtry RESETs to escape. MOre often than not the freeze also included the mouse.
My nVidia card had a manufacturing flaw (heat sink adhesive), and so I obtained a new one under the warrantee. To look at it, you can see that it was redesigned to take care fo the physical problem. Since I replaced the card, I had one single freeze very soon after, but since then, none whatsoever. Don't know that this sheds any light on the issue. I'm still using the nv driver that came with the RH7.3 and then 8.0 distribution.
