I am running Suse-8.0 on a Pentium II and Mandrake 9.0 on a Pentium IV. The two machines are connected by ethernet and several directories are shared between them. On the Suse machine I get the following message every ten minutes in /var/log/messages: (date - time - local host name) inetd[1368]: smtp/tcp (2): bind: Address already in use
Can anyone tell me what it means?
TIA
Andrew
