I have absolutly no idea, so why am i answering you.?
Well, if i am stuck i use www.google.com/linux and type in some keywords in 
the engine, now if i use "QLogic HBA" i get more than 100 hits, the first 2 
gave me an impression of what is needed.
May i suggest you do the same.
