One thing that should be highlighted about the mount / umount 
     commands is you should be in a directory other than the one that 
     you are trying to mount / umount. If not, you might receive a 
     "busy" message. (At least that is what I learned from my brief 
     experience with RH 5.1.)

  You must mount the cdrom or floppy using 'mount' first. After using it,
you must 'umount' it. To mount the cdrom, try 'mount /dev/cdrom 
/mnt/cdrom'. To unmount, try 'umount /mnt/cdrom'. You can get more info by 
man mount.
