add them to ~/.xinitrc or /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/xinit/xinitrc 
At the bottom add a line like
exec oclock & <--- MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE "&"!!!

Also Be sure it is execed b4 your windows manager
(Some windows managers have their own way to do this But this is a certain
way)
