Two Words: IP Masquerading (Read IP-Masquerading Mini Howto, also a
caching DNS would help you, read the DNS-HOWTO)

you can do that if you set up a dns, otherwise on both machines set the
/etc/resolv.conf so that they contain the IP Address of your Service Provider's
DNS.
