2. you can design a web page with form in any texteditor, I did
recently a page with Netscape's composer.
3. HTML and CGI (Common Gateway Interface) programming. Don't know
anything about interacting a database with a web page (perhaps Perl?) but
did recently a cgi with c/c++ getting data from the page and adding the
data to a simple text-file.
