I don't know the answer, but you could start by looking over at
mozilla.org .
BTW I went to the Open Source Development Day yesterday, sponsored by
O'Reilly. Jim Hammerly of Netscape was there. Also such luminaries
as Ted Nelson (originator of the "hyperlink" and Xanadu concepts),
Richard Stallman (founder of the Gnu project, (Linus Torvald didn't
come, darn it), Larry Wall (Perl, patch, JPL, etc.), Eric Raymond
(influential Open Software promoter, and author of the now-classic
essay "The Cathedral and the Bazzar"), Brian Behlendorf (founder of
the Apache group, Bob Young of Red Hat, Tim O'Reilly, John Ousterhout
of Scriptics (as in Tcl/Tkl), James Barry (from IBM's
Apache/Websphere group), Larry Augustin (founder of Linux computer
manufacturer VA Research), one of the guys from Yahoo, a couple of
the guys from Cygnus, etc., etc., etc. Man that was a historic
moment!
ttys,
Marcus
