You have to edit your /etc/lilo.conf file. If win95 is the default right
now, it will be the first kernel image mentioned, and linux will be the
second. Reverse the order. Now run /sbin/lilo. DO NOT FORGET THIS STEP!
Once this is done, you should see something like this :

linux *
win

The '*' indicates that linux is now the default kernel.
