You can then use any other 127.x.x.x IP address for that host, because all
the 127.x.x.x are configured as loopback IP's to the locahost. Like name
your ltg.dyn.ml.org 127.0.0.2.
But there are better options, depending on what you just need (intranet
nameserving, setting up a name for a static ip,...). Tell us more.
