Well yes, Control pannel does "configure" interfaces and assignes the
nessacsary modules if needed, i was under the impression you meant something
else. So it seems i was confused, sorry for the confustion.

However using the control pannel for the above problem will not solve it,
/etc/conf.modules needs to be edited by hand.
