Hi all,
My problem starts on booting up, the following messages turn up:
"Warning unkown PCI device (3388:8011). Please read include/linux/pci.h"
"Warning unkown PCI device (3388:8012). Please read include/linux/pci.h"
"Warning unkown PCI device (3388:8013). Please read include/linux/pci.h"
and then later on ..
"sb: dsp reset failed."
--actually I don't have a Sound Blaster, instead I have an OPTi 82C931
which is supposed to be PnP Sound Blaster 16 compatible, is that the
problem? If so how do I work around? sndconfig only allows me to
configure Sound Blaster cards.
My system specifics are: Pentium 200 MMX, Red Hat 5.0, kernel 2.0.32. If
I need to give more details please tell me what as I don't know what
other specifics should be given here.
