This is why people should read up on things...
There is absolutely no advantage to Slot 1, if you are thinking such
things as bus speeds and AGP, those can be accomplished on a Socket 7
motherboard (or Super Socket 7 if you prefer). The only reason Intel went
to Slot 1 was to make it look like they have a cutting edge technology,
which is simply not true.
