make error

Good Day!!


I'm getting this error whilst trying to make a c package (dos2unix) util.

make: *** [all] Error 1

this error is coming up via both (gnu) make and pmake.

I don't see any error code info in the man pages. (man make or man pmake).

Any ideas...??
