RawHide Linux RPM's and RedHat

Recently, while checking out an RPM repository, I came across
RPMs for RawHide Linux.  The RPM's fell under a RedHat driectory.

So I am wondering, what exactly is RawHide? Is it another
distribution? What is it's relationship to RedHat?
