I've seen this randomly, not just when reading news.  I upgraded to 80
Megs of RAM a few weeks ago and haven't seen this since then (had 64
Megs before).  No idea if they are related.

Yep -- this drives me nuts...  I enter text in one block of a form, tab
to the next and I can't enter any text at all -- not even a new URL.  If
I exit and restart Netscape, I may or may not be able to repeat the
process.

I haven't seen the rest of the problems (I don't use PPP).  The tiny
font has been annoying as well.
