Basically, PnP is short for ISA PnP. PCI always has "PnP-like" features
built in, that is, the BIOS always chooses IRQ and IO for the card (within
a range that the card supports). Normally these settings are autodetected
at boot time by the PCI code (try cat /proc/pci|more), so there should be
no need to know them.

That's not really high for a PCI card.
