Have a look at www.plig.org/xwinman/  It's down right now, but should be
up later today (aparently).  Personally I like WindowMaker.
You are slightly confused though - fvwm95 and KDE are window managers and
not servers - the server depends only on the graphics card and is the
program that sits there listening for clients (eg window mangaers, xterms,
etc).

Sorry - can't help.  This is all specific to fvwm which I don't have a
copy of anymore.
