I have used FIPS on a few occasions, all with total succes, i would first
advise using something like 'nortons speed disk' to clean up the drive,
then make sure you understand just what you are going to do, have made
backups of any "unmissable data" and inserted a clean formatted dos floppy
in drive a:, this is very handy if something goes or went wrong, as you then
can put the system back how it was.
