Hi,
Among the steps of creating a PPP server, I ve read in the docs that
I had to edit a /etc/ppp/options.cua3 file with following contents:
(that`s an example)
209.172.9.130:209172.9.152
# 209.172.9.130 being for exple, the server.
# 209172.9.152 being the first dialup line.
My questions are:
1) I guess it should be 209.172.9.152, instead of 209172.9.152??
right??
2) As for the first IP adress (209.172.9.130), I understand it. It s
the IP of my Linux box (turned into a server).
3) But what about the second IP (209.172.9.152)?? It`s supposed to be
the first dialup line. But dial up line doesnt have IP normally.
They re phone numbers as far as I know.
So,That should be my phone number..right???
