The problem is that the machine is trying to reverse DNs resolve the
machine you are connnecting from (and timing out), to test this put the
host you are connecting from in the /etc/hosts file and then try again.
As to fixing the problem, check that the dns setup is correct, and the the
host you are coming in from has a working reverse DNS lookup.
