Are there some things I'm missing? > What can I check to troubleshoot this? When Linux says that about your Ethernet card, that means it can't see the card (usually). When it did this to me with my SMC EtherEZ 8416 I had to turn off an option in my BIOS that said I was booting to a pnp operating system. Try checking the IRQ's and such, and make sure Linux is able to initialize the card. --- Bill Kocik Information Systems Medar, Inc. E-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Web: http://www.medar.com
