OK, thanks for responding. None of my example fvwm2rc95 had these lines
in them. (My version is 3.4e) But, I replaced "ClickToFocus" with
"MouseFocus" and it does what I want. In old fvwm "MouseFocus" (except
that it was called "FocusFollowMouse") was default and one had to specify
"ClickToFocus" to get it.
