Assume the two machines: Linux1 and Linux2 where Linux1 has Netscape
installed and you are in front of Linux2.  From Linux2, issue the command:

  xhost +

This tells the X Server on Linux2 (the one you are using) to allow other X
Clients (i.e. the one on the machine running Netscape) to be allowed to
connect to you.

After issuing xhost, go about starting the way you did before: telnet...
