NCFTP: get -R directory
Mirror can do this also, but both programs are a bit brain-dead
about what to do if the connection is lost or if the server stops
responding. It'd be nice if they could reconnect by themselves, but
they don't. Also, ncftp really makes a mess out of the files if
it's interrupted and has to resume.
