I use an ISP connection to send mail, my box isn't always plugged into the
internet. The problem I have is that for this same reason sendmail can't
always find an active connection when it processes the queue, and so it
starts sending out warning messages to all users who send messages (WARNING:
the following addresses had transient non fatal errors...), so the next day
when I start to deliver mail I have to send out twice the messages: the
originals and their respective warnings.
Is there any way I can prevent this from happening, either by turning off
the warnings or by telling sendmail not to attempt to send anything until I
tell it to?
