I remenber when i tried doom under X windows (years before) there were an   
option to add on the command line to make the 320x200 display appear   
640x400 (with 4 times bigger pixels). I don't have doom installed now,   
but if i was able to find it, that is surely in the documentation that   
comes with doom so try:
man doom
man xdoom
cd /usr/games and have a look if there is a directory or files for doom
doom --help

 I have 4 problems
1. I have added the line in my xinitrc file that says exec blabla &
before it starts my file manager, the first time i startx it brings up
blabla and then my manager comes up and shuts it down, but then
if i exit x and start it aigan it works fine what is going on

2. i have got doom up and running, but it is in a realy small window
how to i make it larger i have already tryed to maximize the size
but it stays the same size.

3. how do i set a default screensave and time on it

4. how do i add something to the fvwm95 menu thingy
