I dont have windoze, but one would think if the win pratition is mounted
then one could cp /linux/prt/file /win/prt/file

zgv should suit your needs here, man zgv will explane the options.
zgv is found on most redhat distribuition cd's, 

Basicly start zgv with 'zgv -z' in the directory containing the files.
