I am trying to make a list of all the functioning modems in Linux; so I
can know which one to buy or recommend to any converts. So I would
appreciate it if those of you who are connected via linux can send me
the name of your modem, and the ease of setup.
For the latter I have a simple 1 - 10 scale, 1 - setserial alone with
the modem defaults (no excessive tinkering) finished in 1 day, 10 - had
to write a driver.
