Is there an easy way of upgrading my video card support in Xfree86, or do I have to re-install the entire X sever? I recently figured out that support for my S3 ViRGE card only includes 8-bit graphics in my version of XFree86. The latest version of XFree86 says there is now support for 24bit. I scanned some FAQs and there was nothing suggesting simply updating my video drivers. I want to avoid the hassle and potential difficulty in learning to re-install X. Thanks.
