I would combine the Swap partions into one partition since they are on the
same Physical disk.  This will reduce the systems use of the disk and make
the use of the disk more efficient.  If you have more than one physical
disk, you may want to create a swap partition on each disk, however with
most current systems a large swap file is not really needed.  I am running a
linux box on a Pentium100 with 24 MB RAM and a large swap file.  However, I
have not yet seen my swap file use more than about 10-15 MB of space even
when compiling a new kernel while running X.  I hope this helps.....
