Well normaly when a 2.0.x kernel is released Alan Cox sends a mail and
announces all the changes to the linux kernel mailing list, in fact he did
it for 2.0.36, however he hit the wrong button and sent it in html format
which was so unreadable it went strait into the bit bucket here.
