Yes. There is GNUcash which is currently in development (no official
release yet). You can check it out at: http://gnucash.ml.org/.
There is also CBB (Check Book Balancer) which I use. It has all the
features I need (reporting, reconciling, etc...). You can find it at:
http://www.menet.umn.edu/~curt/cbb/.
For other Unix finance software, look at:
