Look in /etc/X11/xinit for a file called Xclients. This controls things
like your default window manager.
At least on RedHat 5.x, to change the fvwm95 menu look in
/etc/X11/AnotherLevel - you might have to look closely at the comments to
figure it out, but that's where whatever file you need to change should
