Motif is commercial and as far as I know, there are no free implementation of Motif. However, there is a free _clone_ of Motif call Lesstif. You can find it at http://www.lesstif.org Unfortunately, Lesstif is currently not Motif 2.0 Compliant. You may still want to give it a shot, but your chances of getting the programs to work under Lesstif are rather poor. Motif based software are generally not very popular in the open software communitee. If you really can't get the programs to work with Lesstif, try searching for a port or an alternative program that uses one of the free toolkits. Cort [EMAIL PROTECTED]
