Yeah, it sure seems that way. Consistant server problems, lack of public
donations, as well as abuse by members has caused them to discontinue
services. :( The official announcement can be found here:
http://www.ml.org/news.html. I was interested in seeing if my place of work
(mid-sized Washington state ISP) could take over some of their services, but
even their mail servers are rejecting mail addressed to postmaster and
webmaster with a cheezy "try back after December 22nd.." message..

It really is a shame..it was a one of a kind service..
